Shipping Policy

Free Shipping - Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $99 and over otherwise there is a flat rate of $7.50. No code is needed; the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time - Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time - Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us. Please review our return policy below:

Return Request - Before proceeding with a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@smoothskinandtonic.com to initiate a return request. Returns must be authorized by our team before you send any items back.

15-Day Return Period - You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Please ensure that products are returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Due to contamination concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Return Shipping - We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label to send your product back via UPS for free returns.

Tracking Requirement - All returns must be shipped using a service that provides a tracking number. We will not accept any returns sent from the USPS. 

Refunds - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products by our team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your account depending on your bank.

Exchange Process - If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns. Once the return is confirmed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
